You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

Fawterly offers Free, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Each plan has specific features and limitations as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Fawterly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the platform and for compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within Fawterly. We do not claim ownership of your business data, financial records, or other content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice and will work to minimize disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fawterly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
