Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Fawterly offers a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. During the trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be collected.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any new billing cycle.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel but no refund will be issued. Your access will continue until the end of the annual period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@fawterly.app with your account details and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.

5. Downgrades

If you downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan, your remaining balance will be prorated and applied as credit to your account. You may request a refund of the credit balance.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service. Custom Enterprise agreements may have separate refund terms as specified in the contract.
