Assigning Sessions to Employees
Each session can be assigned to a specific employee using the "Assigned To" field. This connects the session to the team member responsible for delivering the service — the instructor, consultant, therapist, or technician. Employee assignment helps with workload planning and scheduling.
Employee Workload View
View all sessions assigned to a specific employee across a date range. This helps managers balance workloads, avoid scheduling conflicts, and ensure adequate coverage. Filter by service type, client, or status to get a detailed view.
Rescheduling Sessions
Reschedule a session by updating its date, time, or assigned employee. The reschedule action preserves the session history and logs the change. Clients can be notified of schedule changes. The original session details are kept for reference.
