Service Packages
Create reusable package templates that bundle multiple services at a set price.
What Are Service Packages?
Service packages are catalog templates that bundle one or more services with defined quantities and pricing. Think of them as menu items — a "Yoga Foundation Package" might include 10 yoga sessions, or a "Website Redesign" package might bundle design, development, and SEO services. Each package gets a unique number (e.g., PKG-00001).
Creating a Package
Navigate to Services and click "New Package." Give it a name and description. Add package lines — each line references a service, quantity (number of sessions), unit price, and tax rate. The subtotal, tax amount, and grand total are calculated automatically. You can override the total price to offer bundled discounts.
Package Lines
Each package contains one or more lines representing the services included. A line specifies the service, the number of sessions, the unit price per session, and the applicable tax rate. Lines can be reordered, and their individual amounts roll up into the package total.
Managing Package Templates
View all package templates from the Packages list. Activate or deactivate packages to control their availability. Edit a package template to update future client assignments without affecting existing ones. Add internal notes visible only to your team.
