Client Packages
Assign service packages to clients and track session delivery progress.
What Are Client Packages?
A client package is created when you assign a service package template to a specific client. It represents the client's purchase and tracks their session consumption. Each client package has a unique number (e.g., CP-00001), a status, start and end dates, and links back to the original package template.
Assigning a Package to a Client
Create a client package by selecting a package template and a client contact. Set the start and end dates for the validity period. The client package can be linked to an invoice line for billing. Once created, it inherits the session count from the package template.
Tracking Progress
Each client package tracks total sessions, completed sessions, booked sessions, and remaining sessions. A progress percentage shows how much of the package has been delivered. You can monitor all of this from the client package detail page or the client's contact dashboard.
Client Package Statuses
Client packages progress through statuses: Active, Completed, Cancelled, and Expired. A package is marked as completed automatically when all sessions are delivered. You can also manually complete, cancel, or expire a package. Cancelled and expired packages cannot be reactivated.
