Add employees and configure their compensation details.

Adding Employees

Navigate to Payroll and click "Add Employee." Enter personal details, employment start date, department, and position. Set the compensation type — monthly salary, hourly rate, or per-project — and enter the amount.

Compensation Structure

Define the compensation structure for each employee including base salary, allowances, and benefits. Add deductions for taxes, insurance, and retirement contributions. The net pay is calculated automatically based on these components.

Employee Documents

Upload and store employee documents such as contracts, identification, and tax forms. Documents are organized by type and date, making it easy to find what you need during audits or reviews.
